Sindy Our Pedigree Girl Of The 60's

I thought I´d add this section as, I hope, a little inspiration for you to set up and take soem fun Sindy pics using her scenesetters and printed back drops, I copy pictures from the web and then print out on A3 paper, sometimes smaller A4 if that will do.With the right light and camera angle you can get soem pretty realistic results, I hope you agree.All these pics were taken with my old camera a few years ago, and long before I aquired any of my 60's Sindys.

Here Sindy sits in her 70´s armchair reading a copy of her style book, reduced right down to Sindy size, two more style books sit on the arm and by the side of the chair, the background ´poster´is a reduced picture of real Sindy wallpaper.Style books are easy to do, just scan all pages then print out using the 9 pics per A4 sheet option, then cut out and glue together.

Sindy is going shopping in London, she takes the escalator down to the underground.....

Soon she is wizzing along the tracks to the west end...........

The streets are cowded with tourists and shoppers, Sindy loves the atmosphere, she can't wait to pick up some choice bargains on her trip.

Sindy looks around her favourite department store, she breaths a sigh of relief that it's not sale time, the store sems empty !

Pop Boutique in Covent Garden is one of Sindys favourite stores, she gets a lot of her groovy clothes from there.........

Sindy has shopped till she´s dropped ! Now she takes the tube back to her local station where she has parked her scooter.

Soon Sindy is riding through the country lanes on the way back to her home in Merriville....

Once home, Sindy kicks off her boots and sips a well earned cuppa !... "Phew, I'm tired"...she says to herself, but it was a great day...

The rain doesn´t dampen their fun as they pick up a poster of their favourite group in Liverpool....

Sindy and Paul have a day trip to London....

This shows how various scenetters and Sindys/clothes can be mixed to create great scenes, just let your imagination run wild ! The desk is filled with note paper, envelopes, letters and notelets etc, on the wall is a calander, all printed out from Jims mini printables, a great site and well worth a visit.

Sindy sorts though her huge collection of old family photo's from the Victorian period, all printed off from Jims Mini Printables site.

Time to catch up on the latest news, Sindy flicks though The Daily Globe, from the ´Shopping In The Rain´outfit...

Sindy needs a wash and set, so she visits her local hairdressing salon........

First, her hair is shampood and conditioned...

Tabetha gently massages Sindys scalp, she loves this bit, it´s so relaxing.............

Then, after towel drying, Sindys hair is set on heated rollers...........

Once set, Tabetha takes out the rollers and brushes Sindys style into shape.............

Tabetha swivels Sindys chair round so she can see the finished result in the mirror....

" Oh I love it" says Sindy, "Thank you so much Tabetha, your the best hairdresser ever !"....

 "No need to wear my head scarf now" says Sindy, "I'm going to meet Paul for a Lunch Date, he'll be over the moon with my FAB hairdo"...

And Tabetha is over the moon to, she now has a new poster of a new hairstyle to put on her salon wall !...........
